Javed murder case: Tefi Butt’s sister identifies shooter Azhar, Ilyas in jail

The shooters who killed Tefi Butt’s brother-in-law, Javed Butt, were identified by the victim's wife, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to police sources Azhar and Ilyas, the shooters involved in Javed Butt's murder were arrested by the police and were sent to jail for an identification parade.

Javed Butt's widow went to the jail and identified Azhar and Ilyas, police sources said.

Javed Butt's wife, who is the sister of Tefi Butt, was also present in the car at the time of the murder.

Arif, the wanted accused in the Javed Butt murder case, could not be arrested so far, police sources said.

The Joint Investigation Team to investigate the murder case has also failed to arrest the named accused.
