Sirf Tum under fire over scene showing liquor glasses

The ongoing Pakistani drama serial, Sirf Tum,  has come under fire over a scene showing the actors having glasses of liquor, 

The shot shows a couple – Mohsin Abbas Haider and Sukayna Khan – having glasses of liquor as they are sitting in their room. 

The scene comes on national television with a warning that consumption of liquor/alcohol is haram.

 

One of the social users, Asim Hafeez, took a swipe at the scene, saying drinking alcohol and showing this type of content on television became a trend.

It is to be noted that ‘Sirf Tum’ is getting good viewership.

The drama features actors Hamza Sohail, Anmol Baloch, Mohsin Abbas Haider and Sukaynah Khan.
