Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has released a travel guide prioritizing the health and safety of its citizens, urging them to avoid visiting 25 countries including Pakistan, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

The directive emanates from the Saudi Department of Health, explicitly advising citizens to minimize travel to 25 countries including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Syria, Nepal, Nigeria, India, and Pakistan.

As reported by local media, traveling to these countries has a high risk of contracting infectious diseases such as polio, dengue, malaria, cholera, monkeypox, measles, and COVID-19.

In an official statement, the Saudi Department of Health emphasized the necessity of these measures to shield citizens from potential health hazards, citing concerns over the health system's capacity to manage these diseases effectively in the listed countries.

Simultaneously, Saudi Arabia is intensifying its health check protocols for incoming passengers from the aforementioned nations. The tightened measures aim to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and curb the possibility of an epidemic within the kingdom.

It should be remembered that Saudi Arabia had made strict security arrangements for Hajj and Umrah during the Corona epidemic and only pilgrims residing in Saudi Arabia were allowed to perform Hajj and Umrah.
