Supreme Court’s constitutional bench is set to hear PTI founder’s plea seeking transfer from Adiala Jail Rawalpindi to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Jail on December 10, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

A seven-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold the hearing on the petition of citizen Qayyum Khan citing security reasons. 

Meanwhile, the constitutional bench will hear petition against alleged rigging in February 8 2024 general elections on December 11, 2024. The petitioner seeks action against the Chief Election Commissioner for supporting rigging in the elections. 

A seven-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold a hearing on December 11. PTI Founder has filed a petition seeking investigation for irregularities in elections. Sher Afzal Marwat and citizen Qayyum Khan and others have filed petitions against the Election Commission. 

Meanwhile, the constitutional bench will hear plea against phone taping in 28 years old case on December 11. A case against the installation of devices for phone tapping in Supreme Court has been pending since 1996.
