Federation appoints Afzal Butt as IG GB police

The Establishment Division Wednesday removed IG Police Gilgit Baltistan Dar Ali Khattak and appointed Afzal Mehmood Butt as the new Police supremo, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Former IG Police GB Dar Ali Khattak was removed from the position and ordered to report to the Establishment division.
The now IG Police GB Butt was earlier appointed in Punjab at service grade 20. Khattak was also serving at grade 20.
