Dolphin booked on rape and blackmail charges

A Dolphin Force official in Rawalpindi has been booked on charges of rape and blackmailing, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.
The Shahzad Town Police registered a case against Tasawar Satti.
According to the complainant, the accused also extorted Rs 200,000 from her too.
The accused is reportedly a cousin of the victim.
Police have launched an investigation.
