Pregnant wife tortured to death by man in Batapur Lahore

A man allegedly killed his pregnant wife in the Batapur area of Lahore city on Sunday.
According to the police, a twenty-five-year-old pregnant girl identified as Faiza Bibi was brutally tortured by unknown persons.
The Batapur police said brutal torture was the reason for the death of the pregnant woman as there were signs of severe violence on the victim's head.
The police collected the evidence and shifted the dead body for post-mortem while the victim's husband was arrested and an investigation is ongoing.
