The investigators found that the name of the suicide bomber of Police Lines Mosque is Ayaz Mohmand and he has a history of heinous crimes, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
He was involved in murdering two persons in a cricket ground in Mohmand but the local jirga did not hand him over to the security forces, the investigators said, adding that he fled to Afghanistan. He remained a banned outfit member and the lawmen arrested him in 2012 but he was acquitted in 2018.
