Domestic female worker shot dead in Gujranwala

Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a woman and her daughter resulting in death of the mother on the spot while her daughter received serious bullet wounds in the incident which occurred in the jurisdiction of Police Station G Magnolia in Gujranwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police sources said that the deceased woman and her injured daughter was working as domestic workers in Jalil Town area and the woman was returning to her home with her daughter Misbah and brother when some unknown persons started firing at them.
Soon after the incident, Saddar police reached the area and started collecting evidences from the crime scene.
Further investigation was underway.
