PM gives order to begin operation against trespassing on CDA territory

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar Monday ordered the launch of an indiscriminate operation against illegal occupation and encroachments on lands owned by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), including the Margalla National Park in Islamabad.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PM held a meeting in Islamabad on Monday and expressed concern about traffic congestion and parking problems in Islamabad, particularly caused by car showrooms located in different parts of the city. He advised authorities to take immediate measures to address these issues and instructed the formulation of a comprehensive plan to establish a "Car City" for the sale and purchase of motor vehicles in the capital city.
The Prime Minister emphasized the need to establish a central digital system for the registration of vehicles in Islamabad and other cities in the country.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar stressed the importance of issuing fitness certificates for old vehicles according to international standards of climate change.
The Prime Minister directed that the issuance of driving licenses should be made transparent and effective throughout the country, implying a need for reforms in the process to ensure transparency and efficiency.
He also issued a directive to establish a "Dolphin Police Force" in Islamabad for security purposes.
The meeting discussed the improvement of public transport in Islamabad. It was reported that 160 more buses are expected to be added to Islamabad's public transport system, aiming to alleviate traffic pressure and improve public transportation in the capital city.
