Pak, Romanian FMs talk about Afghanistan situation 

Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Lucian Aurescu and Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi had a telephonic conversation on Tuesday.

The two leaders talked about the Afghanistan situation after the Taliban takeover. Shah Mehmood Qureshi told his Romanian counterpart about Pakistan's stance on Afghanistan. 

They also exchanged views on bilateral ties between Pakistan and Romania.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Pakistan gives importance to its relations with Romania in various fields of mutual interest. 

The Romanian foreign minister expressed gratitude to the Pakistani authorities for extending assistance to Romanians in evacuation from Afghanistan.
