A groom cast his vote at a polling station in NA-205 in Mehrabpur on Thursday. The groom cast his vote and said it's a memorable day for as he is now going to bring his bride home, but the vote is a trust that had to be paid, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.


Moreover, Chaudhry Allah Rakha of PP-145 Begumkot, reached the polling station on his donkey to cast his vote. Allah Rakha says that vote is a trust, it must be given. He said that he did not work today just for casting vote.


On the other hand, a large number of young voters as well as disabled and elderly voters are heading to the polling stations to cast their votes in almost all the constituencies across the country.


Police personnel come forward to help disabled people at polling stations.


A disabled elderly woman reached the polling station to cast her vote in Sarai Alamgir.


On the occasion she said voting is a national duty you have come to perform.


Further, another disabled elderly woman cast her vote at the polling stations number 132 set up in the women's college Sarai Alamgir.


A disabled elderly woman reached to cast her vote on a wheelchair in NA-57 Rawalpindi.


A paralyzed woman also cast her vote in PP-145 Begum Kot.
