Imran Khan directed to keep his prison cell ‘clean and tidy’

Former prime minister and ex-PTI chairman Imran Khan, who has been given rigorous imprisonment and is currently incarcerated at Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, has been given the same work to do which was given to another former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif as part of “punishment”, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to the jail officials, just like Nawaz, Imran has also been tasked with keeping his cell neat and clean and looking after its maintenance.
After receiving the court order, the jail superintendent has issued the instructions.
According to the IG Jail, due to security concerns, the former prime minister has been asked to only keep his room clean.
Nawaz Sharif, too, had been assigned the duty to clean up his barrack when he was at Kot Lakhpat Jail.
