Fog disrupts flight operation at Lahore Airport

Dense fog affected flight operation at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the airport sources, the visibility reduced to 50 meters on the runway due to thick fog which led to the rescheduling of several flights.
The airport sources said that three flights had been instructed to land at Islamabad Airport while 12 others had been delayed.
A Lahore-bound flight PA471 from Jeddah was instructed to land in Islamabad.
Another Lahore-bound Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK204 from Dubai was instructed to land in Islamabad.
A Quetta-bound PIA flight PK322 was instructed to fly from Islamabad.
A Lahore-bound PIA flight PK302 from Kuwait was delayed by two hours.
A Lahore-bound flight PA402 from Karachi was delayed by one hour and forty-five minutes.
