Maulana Fazl holds talks with Afghan PM in Kabul

Another round of peace talks between Pakistan and Afghan began in Kabul on Monday with JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman representing Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The JUI chief held talks with Afghan Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund in Kabul with focus on a peace agreement between the two neighbourly countries and the issue of Afghan refugees.
On Sunday, Maulana Fazl arrived Kabul at the head of an 11-member delegation which also included former South Waziristan MNA Maulana Jamaluddin Mehsud, Mufti Ibrar and members from the Haqqani religious seminary. They were in the Afghan capital on the invitation of Ameerul Momineen Mullah Haibatullah Akhund.
After reaching Kabul, Fazl met with the interim deputy prime minister of Afghanistan Maulana Abdul Kabir. Afghan interim foreign minister Maulvi Amir Muttaqi, Maulvi Abdul Latif and others.
The two sides are expected to discuss the TTP and other issues, including bringing them to the negotiating table, ensuring the security of the elections in KP and the merged districts, pushing them away from border areas, border management, trade relations and also the visa-free movement at Chaman border points.
