PTI's Qureshi shifted to Lahore prison from Adiala Jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi shifted to Kot Lakhpat Prison in Lahore from Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail on Monday morning.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Qureshi was presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court for a hearing in the Kot Lakhpat Jail in the Shadman Police Station arson case.
PTI's other detained leaders including Dr Yasmin Rashid, and Ejaz Chaudhry were also present for the case proceedings in the Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore.
Judge Khalid Arshad of the Anti-Terrorism Court at Kot Lakhpat Jail heard the case on Monday.
According to sources, former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was brought to Lahore from Adiala Jail early in the morning by Lahore police.
Jail sources said Lahore police have already interrogated PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi regarding the May 9 cases.
In the Shadman Police Station arson case, Shah Mahmood Qureshi's supplementary challan has been submitted to the court and now copies of the bail challan will be distributed to him.
The court has already indicted Dr Yasmin Rashid and others involved in the case.
