The Karachi police claimed to have arrested four persons dealing in fake currency business and drugs, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

Fake currency and drugs have been recovered from the arrested accused

Acting on a tip-off, the Clifton police arrested Nawaz and Maheeb, on charges of dealing in fake currency notes and Asif and Aqeel for dealing in drugs.

Eleven thousand fake notes were recovered from the possession of arrested accused Nawaz and Maheeb while drugs were recovered from the possession of accused Asif and Aqeel. 

Cases have been registered and an investigation is on.
