LHC orders issuance of NOC to Ramazan Sugar Mills

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday ordered to issue a non-objection certificate (NOC) to Ramazan Sugar Mills, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court had pronounced the reserved judgment on the petition against non-issuance of NOC to Ramazan Sugar Mills.
Justice Anwarul Haq Pannu delivered the verdict on the petition of Ramazan Sugar Mills.
The Ramazan Sugar Mills had challenged the move of not issuing it the NOC.
“The NOC is not being issued by the Excise Department,” read the petition of Ramazan Sugar Mills.
