Wheat bought from Russia reaches Qasim Port

The first Shipment of wheat bought from Russia Monday reached Port Qasim as the Sindh Government took a major initiative to end the wheat crisis, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The first shipment of wheat bought from Russia by the Sindh Government reached the Qasim port via two container ships containing 1.23 million bags of wheat.

The director of food Syed Imdad Ali Shah, while talking to 24NewsHD TV channel stated that 1.8 million metric tons of wheat are still to come which will soon be delivered.
