Wrongdoing in CSS exams 2022 unearthed

An alleged wrongdoing in Central Superior Services (CSS) examination 2022 was unearthed wherein the students’ answer-sheets were replaced in return for heavy amount of money, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, an inquiry conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) found two students guilty of the practice.
The FPSC has now handed over the case to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for further action.
Major (retd) Syed Muhammad Ayub was assigned the task to probe the case by the FPSC.
After completion of inquiry, the FPSC has now appointed Syed Muhammad Ayub as its focalperson for the assistance of the FIA.
The inquiry had held Grade-16 officer Nadeem Khan chiefly responsible for the wrongdoing.
The FPSC has requested the FIA to initiate cases against the officers responsible for the irregularity under Criminal Act.
The FIA will lodge cases against these officers after completing its own inquiry.
