In the context of quickly changing political scenario, the MQM delegation will call on PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari tomorrow, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The opposition alliance has also sought support of Mutahidda for the success of its no-confidence motion.
Earlier today, Prime Minister reached the MQM headquarters at Bahadurabad, Karachi in order to seek his ally’s backing.
According to the PM Office, the Mutahaddia assured him its full support against the no-trust motion.
However, MQM leader Amir Khan while talking to media said that neither Prime Minister Imran Khan asked for any assurance on no-confidence motion nor did we give any assurance.
“We are government allies. But other options are still open for us,’ he added.
Mr Siddiqui said that Prime Minister Khan came to have tea with us and we had tea. No talk was held on no-trust move, he said adding not to talk of no-confidence, we do not trust system.
On de-sealing of MQM Nine-Zero office, he said ‘Nine-Zero did not belong to us, why should we ask for it.’
