The Tich Button film is all set to launch in the coming weeks but the audience felt the absence of the leading actors Feroze Khan and Sonya Hussain in the promotions. Neither of them even shared the trailer on their official social media accounts nor did they join the cast in online promotion. Their absence from such a mega project was buzzing on social media.

In a recent interview, the actress Sonya Hussain appeared in Hasan Chaudhry’s ‘The Talk Talk Show’ where the actress opened up about the actual reasons of her absence from the promotions.  She revealed that “I am not satisfied with my character in the film despite being a part of the film. That is the reason, I do not own this project. However, it is also true that people are liking my work in the movie. I am getting a great response from the audience on the song ‘Main nahi Boldi’. It’s so surreal.”

The actress continued, "Just because I don't own the project doesn't mean the movie isn't fantastic. Everyone involved in the movie, from the director to the actors, did a fantastic job and worked extremely hard during the making of the film.

In response to another question, the ‘Ishq Zahenaseeb’ actress stated that she is not aware if her character is chopped in the film, she only knows that she has given her 100 percent to this film.

In the meantime, responding to a question regarding legal notice that Sonya sent to the producer of the film Urwa Hocane, she said that she was aware that there were three other producers of the movie, but she only sent the legal notice to the Urwa. This is so because Urwa was the one who approached her for the film. She then continued saying that whatever the differences were with the team, they are near to settlement.
