The citizens have foiled a kidnapping attempt and arrested one woman for trying to abduct a six-year-old boy in the Shahdara Police precinct. 

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday, a woman abducted a 6-year-old child in Shahdara Town. 

Luckily, a woman of the child's neighbour stopped the abductor, but the accused started running away. The local people chased the woman and recovered the child from her possession after nabbing her.  However, her accomplice namely Shabbir managed to flee on the occasion. The people handed over the abducted woman to the police. The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
