PPSC demands raise in salaries of chairman, members

In view of rising inflation, the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has demanded a raise in the salaries of its chairman and members as well as the payment of 100 per cent allowance, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Similarly, the PPSC has demanded the Punjab government to give honorary salaries to its employees. 

Apart from that, the commission has requested the government to increase the remuneration of its staffers performing duties at examination centers besides earmarking 100 per cent funds every financial year for the improvement of the infrastructure.   

In this connection, the provincial government has already received recommendations.
