Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said on Saturday he promised that he would not allow the Governor’s House to become a hub of conspiracies against the provincial government, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore, he said the language KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur used would not help resolve the issues confronting the province. “He should talk about these issues with reason and logic,” the governor said.

Kundi said he was ready to go to anybody for the sake of the province. “If Gandapur has any constraints, then I am ready to go to him,” he said and added, “Together we will make KP a prosperous and developed province.”

He welcomed KP CM’s meeting with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Awais Leghari, saying it was a positive step.

He said it was beyond comprehension that while on the one hand, PTI was reluctant to own the controversial video, at the same time, it had not been deleted as well.

Kundi demanded that those involved in May 9 incidents of violence be brought to justice.

Responding to a question about his meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the governor said that he discussed with him the province’s issues.
