LPG rates increased again after petrol

The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday increased the rates of liquified petroleum gas by Rs39 per kg a day after the petrol rates crossed Rs300 for the first in Pakistan’s history, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the notification issued by OGRA, the price of LPG was increased by Rs38.97 per kg by the OGRA after which the new price of LPG was fixed at Rs240 per kg.

After the increase, the domestic cylinder of 11.8 kg has become expensive by Rs459.85 paise, after which the new price of LPG domestic cylinder has been fixed at Rs 2833. 49.

OGRA has fixed the price of domestic LPG cylinder at Rs2373. 64 for August.

Earlier, OGRA increased the price of LPG by Rs23 per kilogram for the month of August 2023.
