Four killed in Quetta bomb blast, 18 injured

At least four people including two policemen were killed and 18 injured in a bomb blast in Quetta city on Monday afternoon.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the blast occurred near the police vehicle at the Bacha Chowk in Qandahari Bazar, Quetta. 

Due to the heavy bomb blast, several motorcars and motorcycles were damaged and panic spread among the residents and passersby. 

Quetta police and the Bomb Disposal Squad reached the crime scene and started investigations. While the dead bodies and injured people have been shifted to the Civil Hospital. 

The Quetta administration has imposed an emergency in the Civil Hospital of the city for the treatment of injured persons.

SSP Operations told the media that probably, the bomb was fixed on a motorcycle. He said the condition of the two injured persons is serious in the hospital.
