Punjab CM distributes job letters among women on completing garments’ training

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Thursday visited Wagah Garments City and distributed scholarships, training completion certificates along with job letters among poor women, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
On the occasion, poor women thanked the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Talking on the occasion, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said the purpose of making you skilled is that you become not a receiver but a giver and don't be dependent on anyone.
By being an elder sister and a mother, you have given us new courage, confidence and opportunity to move forward in life, women's conversation with Chief Minister Punjab.
Inshallah, garment training centers will be built in every tehsil so that my girls do not have to travel far from home, Maryam Nawaz said.
Chief Minister gave certificates to the women who were trained in garment making and sewing. This is the first batch of women to complete training under the program of skilling women for the first time in Punjab.
Maryam Nawaz said that every daughter is proud, you are the honor and glory of your house.
No one will consider you weak after becoming skilled, Inshallah, Maryam Nawaz Sharif's conversation with women.
“I am so glad you learned this skill, you will be able to live confidently”, Maryam Nawaz Sharif said.
Maryam Nawaz said no woman should have to stretch her hands, she could earn self-respecting employment and that was the aim of this project.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif said women of Punjab should be an example of development and prosperity in every field including education, health, employment or sports.
