Lahore police nab ‘fake’ pir who rapes, blackmails women

Police in Lahore on Friday arrested a man, who would pose himself as a pir (spiritual leader) to women and extort money from them by blackmailing them after making their objectionable videos, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Sources in the police told 24NewsHD that Ali Javed blackmailed a married woman from Islamabad by first developing illicit relations with her, then making her objectionable videos, which he eventually used to make her pay the money to him; blackmailed a girl and extorted Rs4 million from her, besides 50 tolas of jewellery.
Even on December 2, he received Rs1 million from a woman, and for that he asked her to come to Lahore. Then he made her objectionable videos and sent these to his uncle on his mobile phone.
Sources further said that Ali Javed, who made artificial jewellery and was also a ‘fake’ pir, had been raping girls and women for the last seven years.
Inspector Muhammad Raza told 24NewsHD the shocking thing was that the suspect was himself father of two daughters.
He said case had been registered against him and he had been handed over to the police’s Investigation Wing.
