Lately Nida invited a nutritionist to her show who revealed the recipe of a certain magical soup which if consumed consistently will lead to successfully shedding off 8 to 10 Kgs in a month. Doctor Hina lately made an appearance at Nida's show during which she stated: "I am about to share a recipe of a beneficial soup which will help you reduce 8 to 10 Kgs within a month. It is very easy to make and all the ingredients are easily available in market.”
So we are about to list down all the ingredients required to make the soup and when the nutritionist stated that everything is readily avalaible she wasn't joking around because we believe that each of the items might easily be found sitting in your kitchen pantry. So here is the list:
1. One cup boiled chicken
2. One cup cabbage
3. Half cup carrots
4. Half cup green onion
5. Capsicum
6. Tomatoes
7. Spinach
The expert nutritionist has also revealed certain things which should be taken care of during the journey of consuming this soup on a regular basis: People with high uric acid should use ginger and avoid tomatoes also spinach while people who have normal uric acid can either choose to use spinach or tomatoes for their soup. The soup has to be boiled for only two minutes and as the magical broth has detoxifying properties, Hina has guaranteed shedding quite a lot of weight within a month.
