SHC stops builders from selling Karachi’s Ramswami shoe market

The Sindh High Court (SHC) has stopped builders from selling portions of the dilapidated building of Ramswami shoe market in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court on Friday issued orders on a petition filed against the encroachments in the Ramswami building.
The court has issued notices to builders Muhammad Yousaf and Muhammad Farhan. The SHC also issued a notice to Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).
The Supreme Court had earlier ordered to demolish the multi-storey Nasla Tower in Karachi.
