Murad Saeed’s ministry tops best-performance list

Prime Minister Imran Khan Thursday distributed ‘Certificates of Appreciation’ among 10 ministries whose performance was declared ‘excellent’, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Murad Saeed, Asad Umar, Sania Nishtar, Khusro Bakhtiar, Sheikh Rashid, Shirin Mazari  were among top ministers whose ministries' performances were declared excellent.

The prime minister said that all ministries should have attended the certificates distribution ceremony and all ministries should know about their performance.

On the basis of performance, Murad Saeed's Ministry of Communications stood first, Asad Omar's Ministry of Planning got the second position and Poverty Alleviation Ministry bagged the third position.

Shafqat Mahmood's Ministry of Education fourth, Shirin Mazari's Ministry of Human Rights fifth, Khusro Bakhtiar, Ministry of Industry got the sixth position, National Security Division got the seventh position, Ministry of Commerce of Abdul Razzaq Dawood got the eighth position, Ministry of Interior of Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid got the ninth position while Syed Fakhr Imam's Ministry of National Food and Security stood at the last and tenth position.

Murad Saeed topped the ministries’ ‘performance agreement system’ set up by the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Establishment Shehzad Arbab.

Shehzad Arbab said that PM Imran Khan gave ownership to the performance system of the ministries’ from the day first.
