PTI decides to hold inquiry against AJK PM for abusing journalist

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Friday started an inquiry against the Azad Jammu Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas for continuous violations of the party, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the sources, PTI central leader senator Shibli Faraz
strongly condemned the incident and expressed regret. “I cannot defend Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Tanveer Ilyas for using abusive language,” he added.
The Senate’s Opposition Leader and PTI leader Dr. Shahzad Waseem along with party leaders consulted on the matter.
He said that every PTI activist and leader is ashamed of the words of Tanveer Ilyas.
“The law gives the journalist the right to ask tough questions,” Senator Shahzad Waseem said adding that stopping a journalist from asking questions is an illegal and unconstitutional act.
According to PTI Senator Saifullah Niazi, the issue of abusing a journalist by Tanveer Ilyas will also be taken up in the Core Committee.
Reportedly, Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas could not answer a question put forward by a journalist and accused him of taking money from the Indian agency ‘RAW.
