Avalanche kills youth, injures four others in Neelum Valley

Five locals who were going to restore electricity in Ghamoot area in Neelum Valley were trapped in an avalanche and one of them died under the snow, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to sources, five local persons were going to restore electricity from the Mini Hydel Power when they were hit by an avalanche and buried under it near Ghamoot.
The locals successfully rescued four of them in injured condition while one young man died under the snow.
