Highlights of PSDP for FY 2023–24

The federal government allocated funds of Rs2.709 trillion for the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for several ministries and divisions for the fiscal year 2023–24.
The highlights of the PSDP for the fiscal year 2023-24 are as under:
1) The federal PSDP's share is Rs. 1,150 billion, while the province PSDP's part is Rs. 1.559 trillion.
2) The Human Rights Division would receive Rs 814 million.
3) The Industries and Production Division has been allocated Rs 3 billion.
4) Rs 6,000 million allocated for the Information Technology and Telecom Division.
5) The Aviation Division would receive Rs 5,450 million.
6) Rs1114.760 million would be given to the Board of Investment.
7) The Cabinet Division would receive Rs 90,120 million.
8) Rs 4,050 million will be given to the Climate Change Division.
9) The Commerce Division has been allocated Rs 1,100 million.
10) Other than for NHA, Rs 360.390 million is allotted for the Communication Division.
11) 167,900,000,000 rupees have been set aside for Provinces and Special Areas.
12) There would be Rs 59,700 million given to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
13) Housing and Working Division has been allocated Rs 40,680 million.
14) The Information and Broadcasting Division will receive Rs 2,000 million.
15) Rs 1,900 million has been allocated to the inter-provincial coordination department.
16) Rs 9,950 million rupees have been allocated to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
17) Rs 1400 million for law and justice.
18) Rs 3300 million for the Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
19) 150 million rupees have been allocated to the Drug Control Department.
20) Rs 8850 million has been allocated to the National Department of Food Security and Research.
21) Rs13,100 million rupees for National Health Service, Regulation and Healthcare.
22) Rs540 million were allocated to the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
23) Rs26,100 million awarded to the Atomic Energy Commission of Pakistan.
24) Rs150 million awarded to Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
25) Rs 1500 million for the petroleum department.
26) Rs 24,896,626 million has been allocated to the Department of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives.
27) Rs 500 million for the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Security.
28) Rs 33,000 million for Railway Department.
29) Rs 800 million for the Department of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
30) Rs3200 million for the revenue section.
31) Rs 8,000 million has been allocated to the Scientific and Technological Research Department.
32) Rs 964.223 million has been allocated for the States and Frontier Regions Division.
33) Rs 6900 million have been allocated to SUPARCO.
34) Rs107.5 billion has been allocated to the Water Resources Department. and
35) Rs 157,500 million rupees have been allocated to the National Highway Authority.
