Pakistani batting ace pays tribute to his mother

Pakistani batting ace Babar Azam has paid a warm and full-of-love tribute to his mother on Sunday to mark the International Mothers Day.

Taking to the twitter, Babar Azam wrote “Mama Ji, The first bat I purchased was of 1500 PKR. This was your entire saving but you gave it to me. You believed in me when others didn't. Every inch of mine is indebted to you. I love you so much. Plz regard your mothers. Heaven lies under her feet.”

The batting master won his fans support over his tweet.

Babar Azam has so far scored 1,850 runs in the 26 Tests he has played at an average of 45.1.

He scored 3,359 runs if the 74 one-day internationals at an average of 54.2 and in T20I Babar Azam compiled 1,471 runs in 38 matches at an average of 50.7.
