Mishi Khan criticizes Fawad Khan for working in India even with ‘less prominent’ stars  

Senior Pakistani star Mishi Khan has criticized phenomenal Pakistani actor Fawad Khan for his decision to neglect mega projects with A-lister stars in his own country and prioritize ordinary Indian projects with less prominent stars, ahead of his upcoming film, “Abir Gulal.”

The shooting for the upcoming film has been commenced reportedly in London and surrounding areas, with production scheduled for October and November. Its release is anticipated by late 2025 or early 2026.

Fans are super excited and eagerly waiting for his upcoming project. Amidst all, it was Mishi Khan who took to her Instagram handle and expressed displeasure. Stated in a note on the Instagram story: “Saying No to A-listers as well as mega projects here and working with I don’t know who in an Indian project tch Tch.”

Fawad Khan, who made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with “Khoobsurat,” last appeared in an Indian film in 2016’s “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.”

About the film: As reported exclusively by the publication, the filming has commenced at different locations in and around London.

The title is directed by Aarti S. Bagdi, who said, “The film explores the journey of two individuals who unintentionally help each other heal, with love blossoming as an unexpected consequence.”

Produced by Avantika Hari, Rakesh Sippy, and Vivek B. Agrawal, the project is scheduled to continue filming in the UK in October and November. The film is expected to be released either in early 2026 or late 2025.

Additionally, rumors have it that Ridhi Dogra and Malaika Arora, two Bollywood actresses, will be joining the cast in the UK next month.
