LHC to take up Punjab CM polls case

The hearing for the election of the Punjab Chief Minister will be held at Lahore High Court tomorrow (Monday), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Chief Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti will hear the petitions of Hamza Shehbaz and others at 9 am.
Hamza Shehbaz's miscellaneous petition against the possible transfer of Chief Secretary and IG will also be heard.
Sardar Dost Muhammad Mazari's request to withdraw the powers of the Deputy Speaker will also be heard.
Miscellaneous application of PML-Q General Secretary Kamil Ali Agha to become a party has also been fixed for hearing.
Chief Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti will hear only petitions related to the election of Chief Minister tomorrow.
On the behalf of Hamza Shehbaz, Azam Nazir Tarar Advocate, Khalid Ishaq, and Sardar Akbar Dogar Advocate will appear on behalf of Hamza Shehbaz.
On behalf of Sardar Dost Mohammad Mazari, Barrister Muhammad Umar will appear before the court.
Amir Saeed Rawn will be an Advocate on behalf of PML-Q General Secretary Kamil Ali Agha.
The court has summoned the Secretary Punjab Assembly in a case related to the election of Chief Minister.
The court has sought a reply from the Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Chief Secretary, IG Punjab and other parties.
