PDM rally: Police to keep PML-N leaders under house arrest

In a bid to prevent Pakistan Democratic Movement rally in Lahore on December 13, the government has decided to make arrangements to keep prominent PML-N leaders under house arrest for three months.
According to the plan, the local police will get order of house arrest of PML-N leaders for three months. Lahore Police has completed paper work to get the permission.
PML-N Lahore President Pervez Malik, Mian Naseer, Hina Pervez Butt, Attaullah Tarar and other senior leaders will be kept under house arrest for the three months.
Apart from the party leaders, local activists would also be placed under house arrest.
Police raid Azma Bukhari's residence
Police raid the residence of PML-N leader Azma Bukhari. She was at home but police did not arrest her. She said that police came to her and threatened her not to attend the PDM rally on December 13.
