There emerges an interesting twist in the mystery of murder cases of two female medical students who were living in the girls’ hostels of Chandka Medical College, Larkana as according to the newly released forensic report, the DNA sample collected from the crime scenes suggests that same man killed both the girls, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Jamshoro Lums University released the DNA report. According to the report, same man murdered both the girls named Dr Nosheen Kazmi and Dr Nimarta Kumari.
It looks like the murderer might be a serial killer who put both the medical students to death. The investigation agencies are trying to find the killer. The murder cases have become a big challenge for the university administration, police and judicial inquiry committee.
When the police authorities and university administration were approached, they refused to comment.
In 2019, the dead body of Dental College Final Year student Dr Nimarta Kumari was found hanging from ceiling of Chandka College Girls Hostel. A judicial inquiry was conducted but the inquiry failed to solve the case.
After two years, another hanged body of a medical student, Dr Nosheen Kazmi, was found from the same girls hostel in Nov 2021. Police again opened investigation but could not find any clue. So they wrote a letter to the interior secretary requesting him to order a judicial inquiry into student’s killing. Meanwhile, the chief justice of Sindh High Court had also ordered for a judicial probe into the killing.
The killer is so smart that he is still out of the reach of law enforcers. But both the cases have also become a challenge for authorities which are trying to hunt down the culprit.
