Players of PSL franchises visit SSU in Karachi

Players representing the teams featuring in the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Saturday visited the Special Security Unit (SSU) headquarters in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The players representing Peshawar Zalmi, Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings went round different sections of the office.
Martin Guptill, Johan Botha and Ben Cutting were amongst the foreign players who visited the SSU headquarters, while Pakistani players namely Umar Gul, Saeed Ajmal, Faheem Ashraf, Umar Akmal, Haider Ali, Muhammad Haris, Danish Aziz, Roman Raees and Ibrar Ahmad were also included in the delegation.
DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmad welcomed the players and mingled with them.
He informed the visitors of the sacrifices given by the law-enforcement agencies of Pakistan for the restoration of cricket in the country.
The DIG, on the occasion, presented to the players honorary shields, Sindhi cap and Ajrak.
