Khanewal killings: Attacker’s image, details provided to police stations

The image and details of the killer who shot dead two officers of a sensitive agency a few days ago in Khanewal were given to police stations, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to the intelligence sources, the image and details of the killer of two officers of a sensitive agency were sent out to all police picket points.
The attacker’s name is Umar Khan, s/o Akram Khan. He is resident of Chak 32/10, Khanewal.
Intelligence sources informed that the terrorist is an expert in disguise and he has committed several criminal activities while concealing his true identity.
The killer’s image and details were sent out to all the exit and entry points.
On Jan 3, two officers of an intelligence agency were shot dead outside a hotel in Khanewal.
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan claimed the killing of a senior official of the intelligence agency and another officer.
However, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), in a statement, confirmed the killings but not the TTP's role. It said the two officers had met the suspected killer at the hotel and had a cup of tea with him.
After tea, the suspect shot the two officers in the hotel parking lot and fled on a motorcycle, the CTD added, releasing security camera footage of the incident.
