IUCPSS, Chakar Khan University sign MoU to promote social sciences, research, curriculum development

The Inter University Consortium for Promotion of Social Sciences Pakistan (IUCPSS) and Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology Dera Ghazi Khan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Islamabad.

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof Dr Muhammad Mukhtar, Vice Chancellor National Skill University and founding chairman IUCPSS. The MOU was signed by Prof Dr Mehmood Saleem, Vice Chancellor, Mir Chakar Khan Rind University, and Muhammad Murtaza Noor, National Coordinator IUCPSS

This collaboration aims to enhance cooperation in social sciences, interdisciplinary research, facilitate faculty and student exchanges, and promote curriculum development.

The partnership is expected to bridge gaps between academia and industry, equip students with necessary skills, and foster innovation in teaching and research.

It also agreed that Mir Chakar Khan University of Technology would also join Student Societies Network through which the students of the University would be connected to the members of other campus-based student societies and clubs across Pakistan.

Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Mir Chakar Khan University appreciated the decade-long contribution of IUCPSS. He hoped that with joining the largest network of Pakistani universities, the faculty and students of Mir Chakar Khan University would get more opportunities and exposure and would learn from the existing best practices and expertise.
