Shockingly, the so-called family was travelling to Islamabad quite easily as if they got no dirty hands but upon inquiry and search, the police found a huge cache of drugs from the secret pockets in the car’s floor.
Police found 87 kg charas, and 16.600 kg opium.
The ANF lodged an FIR against the four persons as per the Anti-Narcotics Act.
Separately, a local court in Karachi granted bail to an accused Rehman Butt against Rs200,000 surety bonds for trying to smuggle ice drugs via private courier company to Australia.
