Seven killed, 17 injured in road accident in Vehari

At least seven people were killed and 17 others injured in a collision between a coaster and tractor trolley in the Vehari District on Sunday.
According to details, the accident took place on Multan Road near Adda Ghulam Hussain in Vehari where a speeding passenger coaster collided with a tractor-trolley.
As a result, four people were killed on the spot and 20 others were injured.
The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital where three more injured people succumbed to their wounds, raising the death toll to seven. Condition of four people was stated to be critical.
The police impounded both vehicles after registering a case and started an investigation into the incident.
