A man shot dead his wife and mother-in-law at Akhlas village in Pindigheb tehsil of Attock district on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, the accused identified as Sadaqat had killed his father-in-law too a year ago, and he was released on bail a few days ago.

On being informed of the double murder, the police reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies to a hospital for post-mortem.

The accused managed his escape good after committing the crime.

“Search for the arrest of the accused is underway,” police said.
