BHC orders suspension of four CTD officials in Balach’s killing case

The Balochistan High Court (BHC) ordered the suspension of four officials of CTD Makran in the Balach Baloch’s killing case.
The Balochistan High Court ordered the suspension of four officials of CTD Makran in the Balach Baloch’s killing case. A bench, comprising Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Nazir Ahmad passed the reserved verdict.
“Before the verdict was announced, we were informed that a case has been registered against four CTD officials as per the order of the sessions court,” ruled the court. It was also informed that Inspector Noor Bakhsh Baloch of City Police Station Turbat was appointed as the Investigation Officer, it added.
The court directed the FIRs filed on the complaint of the deceased father should be handed over to the Crime Branch Police and the DIG Crimes Branch should form a team of senior officers to investigate as per law. The copies of the decision should be sent to the Balochistan IGP and Additional Chief Secretary.
