Schoolboy arrested after pistol, bullets recovered from his bag

The police in Lahore have arrested a schoolboy after a pistol was recovered from his bag on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Nawankot police rushed to Government Islamia High School near Chowk Yateem Khana after receiving a call on 15 about the weapons in the student’s bag.

The police arrested 16-year-old Muhammad Khalil and recovered a 30-bore pistol and bullets from his schoolbag.

The police registered a case and started further investigation.

Allama Iqbal Town superintendent of police appealed to parents to keep an eye on their children.
