Retired Army major shot dead in Fatehjang

A retired Army major was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at his petrol pump in Fatehjang town of Punjab on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Major (retd) Sher Ali Khan was approached by two helmet-wearing motorcyclists at his petrol pump office located on Kohat Road.

According to the eyewitnesses, the major died on the spot after firing.

One of his employees, Ali Muhammad Sajid, was also injured in the firing incident.

Local police rushed to the crime scene and shifted the body and the injured to the THQ Hospital.
