Saima Noor injured after falling from ambulance

Lollywood star Saima Noor sustained injuries in a mishap on Thursday.

According to insiders, Saima Noor fell from an ambulance while playing her part. 

Although she has a minor injury, doctors suggest her rest, the sources said. 

Her family, friends and fans started praying for her recovery.
